Rewiring Stress for Professionals

"You Can’t Always Control the Pressure. You Can Change How Your Mind Responds to It."

Deadlines. Difficult conversations. Constant demands. Overthinking. Decision-making under pressure.

When stress is repeated often enough, it can become an automatic pattern—affecting how you think, react, focus, sleep, and recover.

Learn how conscious and subconscious patterns shape your stress response, why familiar responses can continue even when you consciously want to react differently, and how to begin changing those patterns.

Through practical learning, self-hypnosis techniques, and guided group meditation, you’ll explore ways to work with subconscious patterns and develop tools you can continue using on your own.

Jigeesha Pandya Hypnosis

Jigeesha Pandya, C.Ht.
Founder, ManahSculpt
Certified Hypnotherapist, Mindset Coach

Jigeesha’s fascination with the mind began early—with a personal experience of hypnosis at age 11 that sparked a curiosity she never quite let go of. Growing up in India, she was also surrounded by conversations about the mind through Vedic philosophy, deepening a question that stayed with her: what shapes how we think, feel, and act—and can it be changed?

Her professional path first led to research, eventually earning a PhD studying climate change. Yet her curiosity about the human mind remained, ultimately leading her to train in clinical hypnotherapy at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) in Los Angeles.

Today, Jigeesha brings together the discipline of a trained researcher with practical work involving the subconscious mind and behavioral change. Through ManahSculpt, her work spans stress and anxiety, sleep, confidence, habits, and other long-standing patterns.
